ABOUT ME
I'm Kafesha, a Trinidadian American, multi dimensional artist, with a focus in design and illustration.

I graduated from the Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford and received a full division 1 track & field scholarship. I completed my BFA, focusing on Visual Communication Design and minoring in Photography. Following graduation, I began my career in advertising as a graphic designer at an ad agency, eventually being promoted to Art Director after two years. I also gained experience in post-production during my time there.

After my four year stint, I ventured into freelancing as a designer/illustrator. This experience allowed me to spearhead my first significant independent campaign, which was prominently featured on the streets and metros of NYC. While working as a freelancer, I obtained my tattoo license and have gained three years of experience, including my apprenticeship.
